FAQ


1. What is your return policy?
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Please note that any items you wish to return must be in the same condition as when you received them, with all original packaging intact. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returns. Returns delivered to a parcel shop will not be picked up and they will be returned to the customer. 

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the item is faulty). The amount will be calculated based on the shipping method used and the location of the return. This deduction ensures that the refund process remains fair and consistent. We appreciate your understanding.

If the returned item is not in its original condition, Lac Demure ApS reserves the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to cover the depreciation in value. The assessment of the item's condition will be conducted solely by Lac Demure ApS, and the deduction amount will be determined at our discretion based on the item's state upon receipt.


2. Where are you located?
We are located in Copenhagen, Denmark.


3. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes, customers will receive a tracking number either through email or SMS as soon as their order is shipped.


4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept every payment methods which is available with Shopify payments, including credit/debit cards,, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.


5. Can I cancel or change my order?
You can contact our customer support (info@lacdemure.com) and request to cancel or change your order. Whether the cancellation or changes can be done depends on the stock and if fulfillment is started.


6. How long does shipping take?
We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.


7. Do you offer gift cards?
No, we do not offer gift cards at this time.


8. Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We accept exchanges for in-stock items if requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Once an exchange is initiated, you'll have 14 days to ship the item back to us. During this time, we'll hold the new item for you for up to 30 days. If the exchange item doesn’t reach our warehouse within this period, we may release it for sale. Should the exchange arrive after 30 days, it will be processed as a return in accordance with our return policy.

9. How can I find out about the care instructions for a product?
All necessary information about the care instructions for our products can be found under the section ‘’Garment care’’ under each product, and on the washtags.


10. What materials do you use for your products?
We use a variety of materials such as mohair, leather, cotton, wool and more. All products will have the materials and their composition listed on the website and on the tags.
